General Forms
2026 Player Registration
All Seneca Falls Little League player registration are completed Online. Simply click on the Registration Button at the top of the page between January 1st and February 28th. On your first visit you will be asked to create an account before you register. Each subsequent time you register simply log in and sign your children up for the appropriate division/session!
- Registration begins January 1, 2026.
- Register during the month of January and receive an "Early Bird" discount.
- * Final Day of Registration is 2/28/2026
* All registrations received after February 28th ARE subject to a waiting list.
Please note that there is NO In-Person Registration this year.

2026 League Age Charts (Baseball) (Softball)
Determine your child's "league age" according to Little League's Age Calculator.
Select BASEBALL or SOFTBALL. (Please note league age is determined differently for baseball and softball)
** 2026 Medical Release Form (Download)
A mandatory form to be filled out by parents of each Little League player and returned to your child's Manager or Coach. This form lists your child's medications as well as emergency contact information.

A mandatory form to be read and signed by parents of each Little League player.
** Coach and Team Volunteer Code of Conduct (Download)
A mandatory form to be read and signed by all Managers, Coaches, and Team Volunteers of every team.
** Abuse Awareness Training Certification (Take the Course)
All volunteers must complete the Little League Baseball Certification on Abuse Awareness for Adults before participating as a Little League Volunteer. Log in and complete the certification.

Injury Tracking Form (Download)
This form is used by Managers and Coaches to document any personal injuries occurring during team practices or games while participating with Seneca Falls Little League.
Accident Notification Form for Little League Baseball and Softball (Download)
In the event of an accident involving any injury that will be submittel to Little League for claim, this form must be completed and submitted to Little League HQ within 20 days of the injury.
